Once you receive your product, you have 5 days to return it if you don't like it, as long as it's in new condition. If you're in Mexico, you can request a shipping guide for a cost of $85 to $185 pesos, depending on the case, or send it yourself with the courier of your choice. If you're outside of Mexico, you can return it directly with the courier of your choice; we don't offer international shipping guides.
